Terms and Conditions:
Eligibility: This return policy applies to all purchases of Herbal Salvation kratom products made directly through our official website. All returns are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Time frame: You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to initiate a return for a full refund or exchange. Returns initiated after this period will not be accepted.
Condition of the Product: To qualify for a refund or exchange, the product must be in its original packaging and in unused condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any product that is damaged, opened, or not in its original condition.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at 1-844-666-3398. You will be required to provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.
Refund or Exchange: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
